Local Delivery New Providence 

 

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available on all in-stock items. Orders placed by 5:00 PM Monday–Saturday are scheduled for next business day delivery. (Deliveries on Sundays or public holidays are limited.)
  • Delivery Window: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We’ll call or text before arrival.
  • Fees: Shown at checkout. If a fee isn’t shown for your address or item (e.g., oversized gear), we’ll confirm the cost with you before dispatch.

Family Islands Shipping (Mailboat/Freight)

We ship to the Family Islands via your preferred mailboat/ferry company

At checkout, please add the following in the Order Notes:

  1. Island & settlement
  2. Preferred boat/freight company (e.g., mailboat name)
  3. Contact name & phone for the receiving party

How it works

  • Dispatch: We deliver your package to the Nassau dock/agent of your chosen boat on the next business day (for orders placed by 5:00 PM and in stock).
  • Transit time: Depends on the boat’s sailing schedule and weather conditions.
  • Freight charges: Typically freight-collect (paid to the boat on pickup). If you’d like us to prepay freight, we’ll invoice/confirm the amount after you submit your order and ship once payment is received.
  • Proof of handover: We’ll retain the waybill/receipt from the boat/agent. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to your selected carrier.

Processing, Stock & Pre-Orders

  • In-stock items ship/deliver on the timelines above.
  • Pre-orders/backorders dispatch once stock arrives; any dates shown are estimates. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately—additional delivery charges may apply for split shipments (we’ll confirm first).

Delays & Exceptions

We aim to meet all timelines; however, weather, boat schedules, traffic, or unforeseen events may cause delays. We’ll keep you updated and work to complete delivery as quickly as possible.
